Travel photos

As promised here are just a few from our trip overseas to Jordan, Israel and Egypt. We took nearly 6000 photos between the two of us and I've finally done a second cull and reduced it down to about 2700!!!! Now to make a start on a Momento book!

Starting off with Petra in Jordan....absolutely amazing !!! Do yourself a favour and visit! Classed as one of the 7 ancient wonders of the world!

Very very busy in Jerusalem for the Orthadox Jews on Easter Sunday!

I had to cover my head and go through a different entrance to the 'menfolk'!

Bet Shean National park.....an old Roman city felled in an earthquake in 700AD. They are still uncovering so much stuff!

The folk we spent most of 17 days with .....

Awesome trip, not a holiday , a TOUR it was as it was go go go the whole time pretty much.

Let's say that Australia is a beautiful, clean country that has amazing standards, but you don't appreciate it until you go OS ! 

Will be back soon with some more layouts when I get a chance to photograph them. Haven't been home much lately LOL! Night at Caloundra a couple of weeks ago, then spent last weekend at Coolangatta in a very nice apartment on the 19th floor. It was lovely to do not much at all :)

We're home & some new Layouts

Whoever said "Australia is the lucky country" is absolutely right!!!!! We are so blessed to live in such a beautiful free country and you don't realise this until you go overseas and come back home!
My hubby and I have just returned from 17 days of travelling to Jordan, Israel and Egypt. We had an amazing, wonderful experience and I'll post a couple of pics from our trip soon. Won't post a lot because we took over 6000 photos!!!! I was away from my girls for soooooo long and missed them like crazy ! I'm NEVER going away from them for that long again!!!!!!!!!

My first Mini Album......

I've attempted my first mini album over the last few days and really enjoyed making it, in fact I had to drag myself to bed one night at 1am! I just couldn't stop! I was on a roll!!!

Anyway the lovely Heidi from Fresh Vintage Crafts emailed me and asked me if I would like to use some of her products from her new etsy shop? Would I ever! Here is what she sent to me in a gorgeous kit that is available from the 1st of April......

Here is what I produced from this kit.......

I made it as a sort of a "Missing Book" for my girls. We are leaving them for 2 weeks while we go OS so if they get sad and miss us they can look through the book and hopefully it will ease the missing a little....x

Latest Publications..........

I can now finally show these lo's that are in the latest publication on Scrapbooking Memories Vol 12 No 3.
It features a gorgeous LO on the cover by Kerry Snell. This Lo was actually using my sketch challenge on the Boxx a little while ago and I chose this beautiful LO as the winner !!!! So big congrats to you Kerry!

This is my Dad when he was little (so cute!) I usd a lot of yummy Graphic 45 on this LO. I actually did this LO in June last yar so is quite an old one for me :)
