I admit I was a little blown away when Sara Noendeng emailed me and asked me to be a Guest Designer for a sketch as part of their Birthday celebrations!!! Here is the sketch .............

Recipe layout for Scrapbooking Memories

A while ago, SM asked me if I would like to take part in a recipe challenge for the magazine, of course I said yes!

The ingredients were:
3 photos - tick
2 sheets cardstock - 2 shades of Kraft
1 sheet patterned paper - Prima paper
fabric - pink gingham
1 recycled or found object- shell
1 stamp - corner stamp
ink - always ink around my edges!
bling - prima crystals
stitching - machine around photos

Really happy with the way this one turned out and honoured to be on a page with so many talented scrapers !!

On Scrapboxx recently I started up a scrapping whisper. This is the Layout that it started with and then went down the line to several ladies who did their impression of it. The idea is to see how much it changes from the original to the end.

Boxx Cybercrop Layouts

We had an amazing time on Friday night at the Scrapboxx Cybercrop. So good to chat to lots of girls (just like the old days)
I was thrilled to see so many participate in all 7 challenges.....I set 2 of the challenges....

CC #1 was to do a layout with Black & White Bling with one other colour. I used red.

My other challenge was to use a sketch that I had done....

This challenge was so hard to pick a winner as I loved so many of the layouts.

Congrats to all the girls that won and those that participated , for some it was a full on weekend of scrapping ( I wish it was for me too)

Can't wait for the next CC....

Glitz and Glamour sneak peak

Scrap Whisper #1

Over at the Scrapboxx website a group of lovely girls and I participated in a Scrap Whisper where I started a layout and then emailed it to someone, they do their version of my layout and email it to the next person and so on and so on. At the end we see how much the layout has changed or not ......just a bit of scrappy fun!
Here was the start of the whisper with my layout..........
