Since I don't know how to work out how to add to the first post I just thought I'd start another post to add some more pics and stuff......
This is one I did about the Ekka which we went to for the first time this year....I love this photo of Dave and the girls and am quite pleased with how the LO turned out too! The girls and us had an absolute ball at the Ekka......spent a fortune but it was well worth it to see the joy on their faces and we won't do it every year!
Thought I'd upload these two layouts that were in the last issue of Scrapbook Creations...they are very old layouts (about a year old and I don't do it like this anymore, I mean I'd do it like that but just add more interest and stitching or something LOL!) and the photography was shocking that they did of them. It was a feature article too called "Artist in the Spotlight" no photo of me and I had to answer some questions for them, don't you hate it when your read back on stuff you have written and it sounds so dicky!!! This was sent in about 6 months ago and I had forgotten all about it until the magazine arrived in the mail. I had another 3 accepted last week too (Woo Hoo!!) so you'll have to wait about another 6 months or so to see them I suppose!
I had the pleasure on Friday meet Leanne from The Boxx, she lives near me and has just joined the site so we decided to meet! She has a wonderful family, the kids got on well in the playground at McDonalds and she is a lovely, lovely person!! I'm sure we'll meet again soon (without the kids so we can chat more and not be distracted LOL!)
Like the new hairdo? I finally went back to having a fringe so I can put it up without looking like a dork and it will be more comfortable for Summer! Speaking of summer it got to 35c here in Brissie today! Not looking forward to the heat again. Took the girls to the beach with Mum today while I did the groceries then I took them back some lunch...so HOT!
Off to see Emily and Maizie tomorrow in their new house , haven't seen them for 4 months now so looking forward to that.........
Well that's it for now...mammoth first blog post! I'm off to do some scrapping!
Next time I'll put some photo's of the girls up for you to see!
