Scrapboxx Retreat 2009

A couple of weeks ago I travelled to Western Australia for a scrapbooking retreat!! (Yeah crazy I know!!!!
I'm a bit slow with the photos but I haven't been able to access Dave's computer to get them!
Needless to say I had an absolute BALL!!!!! The girls I go with are a scream and there is always so much laughter and fun.

I arrived in Perth at about 12.30 am! and the bus from the motel eventually picked me up! So I got to the motel room at about 1.15am and snuck into bed with Donna!!! LOL!!
The next morning The Boxx bus picked us up and we started the 4 1/2 hour journey south to Augusta!

It was Friday the 13th when we arrived so of course the Dress-Up theme was "Freaky Friday"! ( I didn't dress up....I hate dressing up!)

This was the view from our little accomodation....Sunday morning I got up and did a walk along the river for 40 mins !

I actuall did some sightseeing this time again too..the lovely Ness took us for a bit of a whirlwind tour of Augusta and over to the lighthouse.This is where the two oceans meet......the Southern ocean and the Indian ocean and is a very popular whale watching spot!

I went to the Scrapboxx retreat and I took....... a paper trimmer, A ruler , CFM boots, a camera, water, a birthing kit.............................................LOL!!!!!!

We stopped in Bunbury for some Fish'n Chips and met up with Sheree and Kel again.

I had a fantastic time and can't wait to do it all again in a couple of years this time!
